Curriculum

Week by week.

Every module pairs live instruction with practical work that is reviewed against defined criteria.

  1. Phase 1, days 1 to 14

    Foundation: positioning, resume and LinkedIn

    • Target role, level and market positioning decided with your coach
    • Resume rebuilt against the role, structured for ATS parsing
    • LinkedIn rewritten for recruiter inbound, not for peers

  2. Phase 2, days 15 to 45

    Activation: managed outreach and recruiter introductions

    • Managed applications run by the team against live requisitions
    • Warm introductions to vetted recruiters instead of cold applications
    • Weekly pipeline review, message testing and follow-up cadence

  3. Phase 3, days 46 to 90

    Conversion: interviews, offer and negotiation

    • Live mock interviews and preparation for every loop you enter
    • Competency answers built on metrics and real study work
    • Compensation benchmarks and negotiation scripts through to signature

Every Wonja Academy program is designed and delivered by Rudy, so learners are trained by an IAOCR Accredited Trainer. A Wonja Academy certificate of completion is issued by Wonja only and is not an IAOCR credential. Passport evidence still comes from demonstrated work in Wonja Labs.
