Plain terms. What we collect, why, and how to get it removed.
Contact details you submit through our forms (name, work email, organisation, country, area of interest), credential records for professionals we assess, and basic analytics identifiers such as a Google Analytics client ID.
To reply to enquiries, to run bookings, to issue and verify credentials, and to measure which pages lead to contact. We do not sell personal data.
A Wonja Passport record is public by design: name, role, score band, functional areas and standing. Lookups are logged with a timestamp. Holders can request revocation at any time.
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Credential records are kept for the life of the credential plus the audit period required by our accreditation standards.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
