WONJA
Credential integrity

How to spot a real Wonja credential.

Every genuine Wonja Passport carries a unique credential number and a QR code that resolves to verify.wonja.co. If it does not resolve there, it is not ours.

The authentic Passport

Four marks to check.

A real Passport is deliberately plain. The proof is the register, not the artwork.

Illustration of the authentic layout

The seal

An engraved gold seal reading WONJA VERIFIED. Flat colour, no drop shadow, no photograph of a badge.

Number format

WV- followed by six digits. Nothing else. Example: WV-000000. No spaces, no letters after the prefix.

Issue and expiry

Both dates are printed. A Passport with no expiry date, or an expiry more than 24 months after issue, is not ours.

The QR

It resolves to verify.wonja.co. Any other domain, shortener or PDF attachment is not a Wonja verification.

Suspected forgery

What to do if something looks wrong.

Three steps. None of them require you to confront the holder.

01

Do not rely on the document

A screenshot, PDF or printed card proves nothing on its own. Only the register does.

02

Check the register

Type the credential number at verify.wonja.co. If the number returns nothing, the credential does not exist.

03

Report it

Send us the number and where you saw it. We investigate every report and lock the issuing record if it is confirmed.

Audit trail

Every verification is logged.

Each check records the credential number, the time and the outcome. Holders can see when their Passport was checked, and we can show an inspector the same trail.

Verified · Full standing

Current, unexpired and in good standing. The result loads directly from the register.

Revoked

Revoked credentials display in red on every verification page, with the date the standing was withdrawn. There is no quiet expiry.
