WONJA
Wonja Passport

Carry evidence, not just claims.

A Passport is built from completed Wonja learning and assessment work. It shows the target role, the domains demonstrated, the framework and rubric version used, and the current status of the record.

Wonja verification is not a professional license, accreditation, regulatory approval, employer endorsement or a guarantee of future performance. It does not confirm résumé claims, prior employment or certificates issued by other organisations.

What this record means

Illustrative demo data

A Passport summarises evidence created through Wonja learning and assessment work. Each domain carries the framework and rubric version it was scored against, and the date the record was last updated.

What it does not do: It does not authenticate certificates issued by other organisations, confirm prior employment or references, or verify professional licences and registrations. Wonja does not perform background checks.

Not complete yet

Participant visits is still in progress. Verified status needs 4 more reviewed domains: four of six domains must be demonstrated and reviewed.

See how evidence is produced
What problem this solves

Evidence is scattered and hard to carry.

Assessment results tend to stay inside the system that produced them, and a PDF says nothing about how it was scored. A Passport makes the outcome portable, with the framework, rubric version and status attached so it reads the same way anywhere.

  • Certificates go stale the moment they are issued.
  • Scores without a rubric version cannot be interpreted.
  • Employers cannot tell attendance from demonstrated capability.
  • Professionals repeat proof work for every application.
How it works

Built from work, not from claims

01

Complete Wonja work

Academy learning and Labs casebooks against a target role.

02

Get it reviewed

Assessor review under documented controls before anything is issued.

03

Domains are recorded

Each demonstrated domain is written with framework and rubric version.

04

Requirements are checked

Wonja Verified is issued only where defined requirements are met.

05

Status stays live

Issue, expiry and revocation logic keep the record honest.

06

Share when useful

A Wonja-issued record can be looked up by someone you share it with.

What you can do

What you can do with a Passport

Share one record

Send a single summary that points at the evidence underneath it.

Show the rubric version

The framework and rubric a domain was scored against travel with it.

Show work in progress

Domains still being demonstrated are visible as in progress, not hidden.

Export a summary

Generate a verification summary from the current evidence state.

Let it be looked up

Credential lookup applies only to records Wonja issued from Wonja work.

Keep it current

New reviewed work updates the record rather than starting a new one.

How it connects

An outcome, not a starting point

Diagnostic first

The pathway is chosen before any evidence exists.

Academy builds

Learning closes the gaps the diagnostic identified.

Labs proves

Casebooks and assessments produce the scored evidence.

Passport carries

The record summarises that evidence and travels with the professional.

Talent connects

Introductions read the evidence underneath the record.

Lookup is a utility

Credential lookup is a small trust tool for employers, not the product.

What a Passport is not

  • Not third-party validation. It does not authenticate certificates issued by other organisations.
  • Not employment verification. It does not confirm prior employment, references or job titles.
  • Not a licence check. It does not verify professional licences or registrations.
  • Not a background check. Wonja does not perform background screening of any kind.
Next step

The record follows the work.

Start with the diagnostic, build capability, demonstrate it, and the Passport assembles itself from what you complete.
